Den 23 Septembris voro in Råd-Cammaren R. Drotzen Her Gabr. Oxenstierna Gustaffsson, R. Cantzleren Her Axell Oxenstierna, R. Skattmästaren Her Gabr. Oxenstierna Bengtsson, Her Clas Flemingh, Her Matthias Soop, Her Åke Axelsson, Her Clas Christersson Horn.

... Befaltes skriffvas skulle till Pfaltzgreffvinnan, att medan Enkedrottningen förreeser i sitt lijffgeding, H:s F. N:de fördenskuldh ville komma hijdt opp till Hennes Maij:tt, hoos H:s M:tt till een tijdh förbliffva. ...

English translation (my own):

On September 23, the Grand Steward Lord Gabriel Gustafsson Oxenstierna, the Grand Chancellor Lord Axel Oxenstierna, the Grand Treasurer Lord Gabriel Bengtsson Oxenstierna, Lord Claes Fleming, Lord Matthias Soop, Lord Åke Axelsson, and Lord Claes Christersson Horn were in the Council Chamber.

... It was ordered to be written to the Countess Palatine that while the Dowager Queen moves into her dower estate, Her Princely Grace should therefore go up to Her Majesty to stay with her for a time. ...
