S. può risparmiar à Se med[esim]a quello di duplicar à me ciò che Scriue al Sig[no]r Card[inal]e Azzolino, dal quale Jo sono ad ogni modo ragguagliata Subito di tutto.
Del P. Hachi non hò ne meno Jo p[er] la uia d'Hamburgo Lett[er]a alcuna Sono due ordinarij, e mi pare Strano ch'egli non Scriua qualche cosa. Riceuerà V. S. la procura nella quale Si è lasciata in bianco la data perche ella possa farcela à gusto Suo, e rimettendomi nel resto à quanto le scriuerà S Em[inen]za resto augurandole ogni più vera prosperità. Del padre Hacki non ho nemmeno io per la via d'Amburgo lettera alcuna, sono due ordinari; e mi pare strano ch'egli non scriva qualche cosa. Riceverà Vostra Serenità la procura, nella quale si è lasciata in bianco la data, perché ella possa farcela a gusto suo; e, rimettendomi nel resto a quanto le scriverà Sua Eminenza, resto, augurandole ogni più vera prosperità. Roma, 23 febbraro 1669. —

C'est pourquoi je vous avertis de ne m'engager que sous la condition que je ne me marierai pas sans le consentement de la République; car je suis contente qu'ils donnent l'exclusion à celui que je leur proposerai, supposé que ce cas fût possible. Toutefois j'ai cette confiance en vous, que par votre dextérité vous saurez conduire ce point-là de maniére que je reste libre.
Swedish translation (my own):
Kom ihåg att jag hellre skulle dö än att låta mig tvingas in i äktenskap. Det är därför jag varnar Er att inte anlita mig förutom på villkoret att jag inte skall gifta mig utan Republikens samtycke; ty jag är nöjd med att de skall utesluta den jag skall föreslå dem, förutsatt att det fallet är möjligt. Men jag har detta förtroende för Er, att Ni genom Er skicklighet skall kunna hantera denna punkt på ett sådant sätt att jag förblir fri.
English translation (my own):
Remember that I would rather die than let myself be forced into marriage. This is why I warn you not to engage me except on the condition that I shall not marry without the consent of the Republic; for I am content that they will exclude the one I will propose to them, supposing that case to be possible. However, I have this confidence in you, that by your dexterity you will be able to manage this point in such a way that I remain free.

Les lettres de Votre Sérénité ne me seront jamais incommodantes, ainsi que elle se semble en douter dans la sienne du 23 du passé; au contraire, elles sont toujours très bienvenues. Il est bien vrai que Votre Sérénité peut s'épargner la peine de me dupliquer de ce qu'elle écrit à Monseigneur le cardinal Azzolino, par qui je suis, de toute façon, immédiatement informée de tout.
Je n'ai reçu aucune lettre du père Hacki par la vie de Hambourg, voilà déjà deux ordinaires; et il me paraît étrange qu'il n'ait rien écrit. Votre Sérénité recevra la procuration, dont la date est laissée en blanc afin qu'elle puisse l'inscrire à son goût; et, me remettant pour le reste à ce que Son Éminence l'écrira, je reste, lui souhaitant toute prospérité véritable. Prawdą jest jednak, że Wasza Wysokość może oszczędzić sobie trudu powielania dla mnie treści, które kieruje do monsiniora kardynała Azzolino, przez którego i tak jestem niezwłocznie o wszystkim informowana.
Nie otrzymałam żadnego listu od ojca Hackiego drogą przez Hamburg, a minęły już dwa dni zwykłej poczty; i wydaje mi się dziwne, że nic nie napisał. Wasza Wysokość przyjmie pełnomocnictwo, w którym data została pozostawiona pusta, aby Wasza Wysokość mogł je uzupełnić według własnego uznania; a pozostawiając sobie resztę do napisania przez Jego Eminencję, pozostaję, życząc Wam wszelkiej prawdziwej pomyślności. Det är sant att Ers Durchlauchtighet kan bespara Er besväret att kopiera åt mig vad Ni skriver till monsignor kardinal Azzolino, av vilken jag i vilket fall som helst omedelbart informeras om allt.
Jag har inte mottagit något brev från fader Hacki genom Hamburgvägen, det har gått två ordinarie postdagar; och det förefaller mig märkligt att han inte har skrivit något. Ers Durchlauchtighet kommer att erhålla fullmakten, där datumet har lämnats tomt så att Ers Durchlauchtighet kan fylla i det efter Er smak; och jag överlåter mig i övrigt till vad Hans Eminens kommer att skriva till Er, och jag förblir, önskande Er all sann framgång. I have not received any letter from Father Hacki by way of Hamburg, it has been two ordinaries; and it appears strange to me that he has not written anything. Your Serenity will receive the proxy, in which the date has been left blank so that Your Serenity may fill it in to your taste; and, remitting myself in the rest to what His Eminence will write to you, I remain, wishing you every true prosperity. Rome, February 23, 1669. —
The date of the proxies was done here below on the said 23rd of February, and only those without reservation of arbitration were sent. —
