Our especial favour, etc. Whereas, Lord Grand Constable of the Realm and governor general, We have decided, God willing, in this now entered week to cede with due solemnity the government and administration of this Our kingdom and to entrust and hand it over to His Highness, Our successor and Hereditary Prince of the Realm, Lord Count Palatine Karl Gustav, We have therefore and hereby wanted to notify you with Our gracious will and command that from now on you no longer direct your letters to Us, but that you direct and have them delivered to His Highness, commending you to God Almighty.
