The letter excerpt:

... Stetin, May 2, 1656. [N. S.]
... A secretary of queen Catharine [sic] of Sweden, who is arrived here, has related for some days at table here in the inn, that the said queen, having enough of Italy, and finding the said nation contrary to her temper and quite otherwise than she expected, viz. false and deceitful, was resolved to retire out of that climate, and favour the French interest instead of that of Spain, and to take up her residence there for a while: however as I have heard formerly, and not long ago, they think she won't be too welcome there. ...

With modernised spelling:

... Stettin, May 2, 1656. [N. S.]
... A secretary of queen Katharine [sic] of Sweden, who is arrived here, has related for some days at table here in the inn that the said Queen, having enough of Italy and finding the said nation contrary to her temper and quite otherwise than she expected, viz. false and deceitful, was resolved to retire out of that climate and favour the French interest instead of that of Spain and to take up her residence there for a while; however, as I have heard formerly, and not long ago, they think she won't be too welcome there. ...

French translation (my own):

... Stettin, 2 mai 1656. [N. S.]

Swedish translation (my own):

... Stettin, den 2 maj 1656. [Nya stilen.]

Note: Stettin is the German name for the town of Szczecin in what is now the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in Poland.
