Qvod Cels:is V:æ eidem cuius est Protector Reipublicæ visum fuit Legatum suum extraordinarium Jllus:m et Gen. nobis sincere dilectum Dominum Bulstrodum Whitelocke Constabularium Castri de Windsor et vnum ê Custodibus magni Sigilli Angliæ, ad nos ablegare, id prosperante Divino Numine tam bene cessit, ut adaucta veteri amicitiæ novis firmißimisqz foederis et necessitudinis vinculis arctiore nexu coniuncti colligatiqz simq.
