English translation (my own):

On March 14, 1633, the General, the Grand Admiral of the Realm, Lord Nils Bielke, Lord Bo Ribbing, Lord Per Banér, Lord Claes Fleming, Count Per Brahe, Lord Johan de la Gardie, Lord Carl Bonde, Lord Åke Axelsson, and Lord Erik Ryning were in the Senate.

The Senate went to the Hall of State for the reading of the Riksdag's resolution before the Estates.

Then Henrich Stör came in, and he was asked by what authority he took it upon himself to go and invite Her Princely Grace the Countess Palatine to go to the hall.

He replied that he did not understand it righter.

He was asked why he let the note be dated in the Chamber of Commerce.

Henrich Stör said that Her Princely Grace has come to hate him a great deal, and he did not know where it comes from.

The General said that he must know to properly respect royals. He ordered him to see to it not to cause any trouble.

Then the Riksdag's resolution was signed by the Senate.
