Anno 1630 den 15 Junij opkommo i Rådh-Cammaren effterskrefne aff Rijkzens Rådh, nembligen Fellttherren Greff Jacob, Her Class Horn, Her Gabriell Göstafsson, Her Peder Baner, Her Clas Flemming, Her Jahan Sparre, H[err] Matties Soop, H[err] Herman Wrangell och H[err] Åke Tott.
1. Oplästes H. K. M:tz Memorial, gifvitt Rijkzens Rådh på de ährender som här uthi H. K. M:tz frånvaro förrettas skulle. ...

Le 15 juin 1630, comparurent dans la Salle du Conseil ceux nommés par le Conseil du Royaume, à savoir le feltmaréchal comte Jacques, M. Claude Horn, M. Gabriel Gustafsson, M. Pierre Banér, M. Claude Fleming, M. Jean Sparre, M. Matthias Soop, M. Armand Wrangel et M. Åke Tott.

1. La mémoire de Sa Majesté Royale, remis au Conseil du Royaume sur les affaires à mener ici en l'absence de Sa Majesté Royale, a été lue. ...

On June 15, 1630, there appeared in the Council Chamber those appointed by the Council of the Realm, namely Field Marshal Count Jakob, Lord Claes Horn, Lord Gabriel Gustafsson, Lord Per Banér, Lord Claes Fleming, Lord Johan Sparre, Lord Matthias Soop, Lord Herman Wrangel and Lord Åke Tott.
