With modernised spelling:

... [Stockholm] 14 augusti 1652. Polska musikanters avfärdande och föräring. — Spanska ambassadörs kommen till staden.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, August 14, 1652. Dismissal and payment of the Polish musicians. — Arrival of the Spanish ambassador to the city.
