With modernised spelling:

... [Stockholm] 3 mars. Pimentelli har fått ordres resa härifrån. — Om ackordet i Västerås mellan arvprinsen och Kristina.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, March 3. Pimentel has received orders to leave from here. — About the accord in Västerås between the Hereditary Prince and Kristina.
