Mi è Stata resa la lett[er]a di V M. C. dal Conte di Martinitz Suo Jnuiato Straord[inari]o alla S[anti]tá Sua, e l'hà accompagnata con le viue espressioni dell'affetto che V M C. mi conserua. Jo l'hò Sentito con Sommo piacere particolarm[ent]e nelle buone nuove ch'egli mi hà date della prospera Salute della M V. C. + e di quella di tutta la Sua Jmp[eriale] Casa nella cui conseruat[io]ne io mi professo grandem[ent]e interessata. Ringrazio però la M V. Io l'ho sentito con sommo piacere particolarmente nelle buone nuove ch'egli mi ha date della prospera salute della Maestà Vostra Cesarea e di quella di tutta la imperiale Casa nella cui conservazione io mi professo grandemente interessata.
Ringrazio però la Maestà Vostra Cesarea con tutto l'animo di questa affettuosa dimostrazione come anche della confidenza che ha voluto risporre nei miei uffizi presso la Santità Sua per il conseguimento d'un sossidio adeguato alle urgente imminenti, al qual fine io mi sono adoprata con tutti li sforzi possibili come mi saranno testimoni il signor cardinale Pio e l'istesso conte di Martinitz, del quale posso assicurar la Maestà Vostra Cesarea che soddisfa qui molto degnamente alle sue parti nella sua commissione. La lettre de Votre Majesté Impériale m'a été renvoyée par le comte de Martinitz, votre envoyé extraordinaire auprès de Sa Sainteté, et il l'a accompagnée des vives expressions de l'affection que Votre Majesté Impériale me porte. Je l'ai entendu avec grand plaisir, particulièrement dans les bonnes nouvelles qu'il m'a données concernant la santé prospère de Votre Majesté Impériale et celle de toute la Maison impériale, à la conservation de laquelle je me déclare être très intéressée.
Cependant, je remercie de toute mon âme Votre Majesté Impériale pour cette affectueuse démonstration ainsi que pour la confiance que vous avez souhaité exprimer dans mes devoirs envers Sa Sainteté pour l'obtention d'une subvention adéquate pour les urgences imminentes, à laquelle fin j'ai travaillé avec tous les efforts possibles, comme me le témoigneront monseigneur le cardinal Pie et le comte de Martinitz lui-même, dont je peux assurer Votre Majesté Impériale qu'il remplit ici très dignement sa part dans sa commission. Ers Kejserliga Majestäts brev har återlämnats till mig av greve von Martinitz, Ert extraordinära sändebud till Hans Helighet, och han har åtföljt det med de levande uttrycken av den tillgivenhet som Ers Kejserliga Majestät behåller för mig. Jag har hört honom med stort nöje, särskilt i de goda nyheter han har givit mig om den välmående hälsan hos Ers Kejserliga Majestät och hela det Kejserliga Huset, vars bevarande jag bekänner mig vara mycket intresserad.

I have heard him with great pleasure, particularly in the good news he has given me about the prosperous health of Your Imperial Majesty and that of the entire Imperial House, in whose preservation I profess to be greatly interested.
