En accomplissement des supplications que j'ai humblement adressées à Votre Majesté à plusieurs reprises pour implorer votre protection royale dans la fondation que j'ai désirée d'un monastère de vierges à Rome, sous la règle la plus stricte de Notre Sainte Mère Brigitte, il semble qu'il me manque rien d'autre, seulement le consentement de ce Saint Siège Apostolique et du Souverain Pontife. Tout en ayant la capacité nécessaire pour le faire, elles auront néanmoins certaines compétences en tant que célibataires qui serviront à entretenir la fondation, car leurs pères et leurs proches ne peuvent pas décider d'effectuer le décaissement tant qu'ils ne voient pas que ledit consentement a été obtenu.
