The proposition:
Articles des Propositions de la Reine CHRISTINE, qu'elle a prié Monsieur le Cardinal de Bouillon de présenter de sa part à LOUIS XIV. l'an 1676.
I. Que la France travaillera pour l'introduction de la Religion Catholique en Suède, ce qui sera aisé à obtenir dans les conjonctures présentes, où la Suède a tant besoin de la France; & pour cet effet il suffit de demander à la Suède l'abolition de toutes les cruelles Loix, qui privent tous les hommes qui la professent, des biens, de la vie & de l'honneur, & leur impriment une tache d'infamie, qu'on ne peut effacer en ce Païs-là qu'avec le sang. Il est nécessaire que la France oblige la Suède à les abolir par un Acte solemnel d'une Diette, & qu'elle demande cette abolition aussi-bien en son nom qu'en celui de tous les autres Princes Catholiques.
II. Que la France disposera la Suède à céder à la Reine ses droits sur les Provinces perdues, outre le droit que S. M. s'est réservée dans son Abdication; & que la France portera le Roi de Suède d'en donner à la Reine un Acte authentique, à quoi il n'y aura pas de difficultés, en cas que la Suède soit forcée à les quitter.
III. Qu'elle assurera à la Reine la pension, ou le revenu des 200000. Ecus sa vie durant, qu'elle s'est réservés à son Abdication, payables à l'avenir sur les subsides que la France doit payer à la Suède, comme il a été proposé autrefois, afin que la Reine céde en revanche ses Domaines à la Suède.
IV. Que durant la guerre la France fera payer à bon compte à la Reine, pour sa subsistance, une somme d'argent sur les subsides de Suède.
V. Que la France oblige la Suède à satisfaire la Reine au sujet de ses prétentions pécuniaires, qui montent à la somme de neuf Millions cent mille & tant d'Ecus, donnant parole à la France qu'elle se rendra raisonnable.
VI. Que la France payera à la Reine les 900000 Ecus avec les intérêts qui lui sont dûs des arrérages des subsides qu'elle payoit à la Reine pendant sa Régence, & qu'elle s'est réservés.
VII. Que le Roi Très-Chrétien donnera ordre à son Ambassadeur d'appuyer les intérêts de la Reine en Suède, de-même que la Négociations du Marquis del Monte Premier Gentilhomme de sa Chambre, qu'elle envoye pour les solliciter; & que S. M. fera l'amitié à la Reine de se rendre Garant de tout ce qu'il traittera entre la Reine & le Roi de Suède; car après les manques de foi & les ingratitudes qu'elle a éprouvées, elle ne peut s'y fier à moins de cette garantie.
Ces justes prétentions & intérêts importans sont confiés à Monsieur le Cardinal de Bouillon, qui est prié de la part de la Reine de les proposer en France, & de les mettre entre les mains du Roi, avec instance que S. M. veuille en disposer selon la générosité & l'amitié que la Reine en espére, & en obtenir au-plutôt pour elle une favorable réponse par écrit.

Artiklar av drottning Kristinas propositioner som hon har bett kardinal de Bouillon att presentera på hennes vägnar för Ludvig XIV, år 1676.
I. Att Frankrike skall verka för införandet av den katolska religionen i Sverige, som kommer att vara lätt att få i de nuvarande konjunkturer, i vilka Sverige behöver Frankrike så mycket; och för detta ändamål räcker det att av Sverige kräva avskaffande av alla de grymma lagar som beröva alla de män som bekänna det egendom, liv och ära, och som på dem trycka en skändningsfläck som man här i landet kan utplåna endast med blod. Det är nödvändigt att Frankrike tvingar Sverige att avskaffa dem genom en högtidlig handling av en Riksdag, och att det kräver detta avskaffande såväl i sitt namn som i alla andra katolska furstars.
II. Att Frankrike kommer att förfoga Sverige att till Drottningen avstå sina rättigheter över de förlorade provinserna, förutom den rätt som Hennes Majestät förbehållit sig vid sin abdikation; och att Frankrike skall förmå Sveriges Konung att ge Drottningen en autentisk akt, till vilket det inte skall vara några svårigheter, ifall Sverige tvingas lämna dem.
III. Att det skall försäkra Drottningen om pensionen, eller inkomsten av de 200,000 kronor under hennes livstid som hon har reserverat för sin abdikation, som i framtiden skall betalas ut av de subventioner som Frankrike måste betala till Sverige, som det föreslogs tidigare, så att Drottningen i gengäld skulle avstå sina underhållsländer till Sverige.
IV. Att Frankrike under kriget skall betala Drottningen betala billigt för sitt uppehälle en summa pengar från Sveriges subventioner.
V. Att Frankrike förpliktar Sverige att tillfredsställa Drottningen i fråga om hennes penningfordringar, som uppgå till summan av nio miljoner etthundratusen och så många kronor, ger sitt ord till Frankrike att det skall göra sig rimligt.
VI. Att Frankrike skall betala Drottningen de 900,000 kronorna med den ränta som hon är skyldig från eftersläpningen av de subventioner som det betalat ut till Drottningen under hennes regeringstid och som hon reserverat åt sig själv.
VII. Att den allerkristelige Konungen beordrar sin ambassadör att stödja Drottningens intressen i Sverige, samt förhandlingarna av markisen del Monte, hennes överkammarherre, som hon sänder för att beställa dem; och att Hans Majestät skall vara vänlig nog mot Drottningen att garantera allt han behandlar mellan Drottningen och Konungen av Sverige; ty efter bristen på tro och den otacksamhet som hon har upplevt, kan hon inte lita på den om inte denna garanti ges.
Dessa rättmätiga anspråk och viktiga intressen anförtros kardinal de Bouillon, som av Drottningen ombeds att föreslå dem i Frankrike och lägga dem i Konungens händer, med begäran att Hans Majestät skall förfoga över dem enligt generositet och vänskap som Drottningen hoppas på, och att så snart som möjligt erhålla för henne ett gynnsamt svar skriftligen.
English translation (my own):
Articles of the propositions of Queen Kristina which she has asked Cardinal de Bouillon to present on her behalf to Louis XIV, in the year 1676.
I. That France will work for the introduction of the Catholic religion in Sweden, which will be easy to obtain in the present conjunctures, in which Sweden needs France so much; and for this purpose it suffices to demand from Sweden the abolition of all the cruel laws which deprive all the men who profess it of property, life and honour, and which print on them a stain of infamy which one can erase in this country only with blood. It is necessary that France oblige Sweden to abolish them by a solemn act of a Riksdag, and that it demand this abolition as well in its name as in that of all the other Catholic princes.
II. That France will dispose Sweden to cede to the Queen her rights over the lost provinces, besides the right which Her Majesty reserved to herself in her abdication; and that France will induce the King of Sweden to give the Queen an authentic document, to which there will be no difficulty, in case Sweden is forced to leave them.
III. That it will assure the Queen of the pension, or the income of the 200,000 crowns during her lifetime which she has reserved for her abdication, payable in the future out of the subsidies which France must pay to Sweden, as it was proposed in the past, so that the Queen would in return cede her domains to Sweden.
IV. That during the war France will pay the Queen cheaply, for her subsistance, a sum of money from the subsidies of Sweden.
V. That France oblige Sweden to satisfy the Queen on the subject of her pecuniary claims, which amount to the sum of nine million one hundred thousand and so many crowns, giving its word to France that it will make itself reasonable.
VI. That France will pay the Queen the 900,000 crowns with the interest due to her from the arrears of the subsidies which it paid to the Queen during her reign, and which she reserved to herself.
VII. That the Most Christian King will order his ambassador to support the interests of the Queen in Sweden, as well as the negotiations of the Marquis del Monte, First Gentleman of her Chamber, whom she sends to solicit them; and that His Majesty will be kind enough to the Queen to guarantee everything he treats between the Queen and the King of Sweden; for, after the lack of faith and the ingratitude which she has experienced, she cannot trust to it unless this guarantee is given.
These just claims and important interests are entrusted to the Cardinal de Bouillon, who is asked by the Queen to propose them in France, and to place them in the hands of the King, with the request that His Majesty will dispose of them according to the generosity and friendship which the Queen hopes for, and to obtain for her a favourable answer in writing as soon as possible.
