French translation (my own):

De Stockholm, le 2 janvier 1661.
La reine Christine se prépare à partir pendant le jeûne français. Elle ira de là au pays de Poméranie et résidera cet hiver dans la ville de Barth, puis de là encore au printemps à Rome. ...

Swedish translation (my own):

Från Stockholm, den 2 januari 1661.
Drottning Kristina förbereder sig för att bege sig under den franska fastan. Hon kommer att gå därifrån till Pommerns land och kommer i vinter att bosätta sig i staden Barth, sedan därifrån igen på våren till Rom. ...

English translation (my own):

From Stockholm, January 2, 1661.
Queen Kristina is preparing to leave during the French fast. She will go from there to the land of Pomerania and will reside this winter in the city of Barth, then from there again in the spring to Rome. ...

Note: The city of Barth is located in what is now Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in Germany. The entire historical region of Pomerania is today located in northeastern Germany and northwestern Poland.
