Den 20 Julij kumme i Rådhet R. Marschen, R. Cantzleren, Her Johan Skytte, Her Matthias Soop, Her Pedher Sparre, Her Thure Bielke.
Uplästes H. M:ts bref till sijn Fru modher Enkiedrottningen, och delibererades då, om H. K. M:t skulle kalla henne »Eders Maij:tt.«
Resolverades att emädan Enckiedrottningen vore nu uthi sin brodherssons hus, det H. K. M:tt kunde öfversee medh henne och af dotterligh observance kalla henne »Eders Maij:tt.« ...
English translation (my own):
On July 20, the Grand Marshal, the Grand Chancellor, Lord Johan Skytte, Lord Matthias Soop, Lord Per Sparre, and Lord Thure Bielke came into the council chamber.
Her Majesty's letter to her Lady Mother the Dowager Queen was read aloud, and then it was deliberated as to whether Her Royal Majesty should call her "Your Majesty".
It was resolved that because the Dowager Queen was now in her nephew's house, Her Royal Majesty could forgive her and out of daughterly observance call her "Your Majesty". ...
