Her Benchtt Skytte reser i desse dagar aff till Danmark åå Hennes K. M:ts vegner att stå fadder till kongen i Danmarks dotter den 12 augusti i Köpenhampn.

With modernised spelling:

Herr Bengt Skytte reser i dessa dagar av till Danmark å Hennes Kungliga Majestäts vägnar att stå fadder till kungen i Danmarks dotter den 12 augusti i Köpenhamn.

French translation (my own):

Monsieur Benoît Skytte se rend ces jours-ci au Danemark au nom de Sa Majesté Royale pour qu'elle puisse être la marraine de la fille du roi du Danemark le 12 août à Copenhague.

English translation (my own):

Lord Bengt Skytte is traveling in these days to Denmark on behalf of Her Royal Majesty so that she may be the godmother to the King of Denmark's daughter on August 12 in Copenhagen.

Note: Princess Frederikke Amalie of Denmark and Norway had been born on April 11, 1649. She was the third child and second daughter of King Frederik III of Denmark and his wife, Sophie Amalie of Brunswick-Lüneburg.
