1658. d. 25. April bades af Svaniske Prædikestol allerførst for Høybaarne Første Carl Gustav Sveriges Konge, samt og for Dronningen Hedevig Eleonora, Jtem for Dronning Christina, saaog for Carl Friderich, Arv-Første til Sverig.

With modernised spelling:

1658 den 25. april bades af svenske prædikestol allerførst for højbårne fyrste Karl Gustav, Sveriges konge, samt og for dronningen Hedevig Eleonora, item for dronning Kristina, så og for Karl Frederik, arvefyrste til Sverige.

French translation (my own):

En 1658, le 25 avril, on priait à la chaire suédoise d'abord pour le prince bien-né Charles-Gustave, roi de Suède, ainsi que pour la reine Hedwige-Éléonore, ainsi que pour la reine Christine, puis aussi pour Charles-Frédéric, prince héréditaire de Suède.

English translation (my own):

In 1658, on April 25, one prayed at the Swedish pulpit first of all for High-Born Prince Karl Gustav, King of Sweden, as well as for Queen Hedvig Eleonora, as well as for Queen Kristina, then also for Karl Fredrik, Hereditary Prince of Sweden.
