The diary entry:

The queen sent agayne one of the gentlemen of her bed-chamber to visit Whitelocke, and inquire of his health; who, after some physick, was a little better, and returned his humble thanks for her majesty's great favour.

With modernised spelling:

The Queen sent again one of the gentlemen of her bedchamber to visit Whitelocke and enquire of his health, who, after some physic, was a little better and returned his humble thanks for Her Majesty's great favour.

French translation (my own):

La reine envoya de nouveau un des gentilshommes de sa chambre visiter Whitelocke et s'enquérir de sa santé, qui, après quelque physique, se porta un peu mieux et lui rendit ses humbles remerciements pour la grande faveur de Sa Majesté.

Swedish translation (by Edman):

Drottningen sände åter en af sina Kammarherrar, at om dess tilstånd göra sig underrättad; och anhöll WHITELOCKE, som nu var blefven bättre, om sin vördnad och tacksägelse hos Drottningen för dess ynnest.

Contemporary Swedish translation (my own):

Drottningen skickade återigen en av hennes kammarherrar för att besöka Whitelocke och fråga om hans hälsa, som efter lite läkemedel mådde han lite bättre och återgav sin ödmjuka tacksägelse för Hennes Majestäts stora gunst.
