... Hennes Kongl. Maj:t talte enskilt med Rådet om en resignation, hvilket hela Rådet så skrifteligen som muntligen ogillade. Eljest blef intet synnerligt förrättadt.

With modernised spelling:

... Hennes Kungliga Majestät talte enskilt med Rådet om en resignation, vilket hela Rådet så skriftligen som muntligen ogillade. Eljest blev intet synnerligt förrättat.

French translation (my own):

... Sa Majesté Royale parla en privé au Conseil d'une résignation, que l'ensemble du Conseil désapprouva par écrit et de bouche. Sinon, rien de particulier ne fut accompli.

English translation (my own):

... Her Royal Majesty spoke privately to the Council about a resignation, which the whole Council both in writing and verbally disapproved. Otherwise, nothing particular was accomplished.
