With modernised spelling:

... [Stockholm] 17 juli 1652. Om en officerer garde och en Svitser. — Greve Magni ambassad till Wien. — Hertig Karl Gustav och Magnus Gabriel de la Gardie sjuka.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, July 17, 1652. About a guard of officers and a Swiss. — Count Magnus's embassy to Vienna. — Duke Karl Gustav and Magnus Gabriel de la Gardie are ill.
